Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that cancellations cannot be processed after your order has entered the shipping process. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for cancelled orders typically appear in your account within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution's processing times. We recommend contacting your bank or payment provider if you have questions about when the refund will be posted to your account.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies.

Only the cost of the merchandise will be refunded; original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. If you received a gift and would like to return it, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

For items purchased during promotional periods or with discount codes, the refund amount will reflect the actual price paid after discounts. We do not offer exchanges; if you need a different item, please return the original purchase and place a new order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.

If you've completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please include your order number, the date of your purchase, and the payment method used in your communication.
